A well-conducted audit can provide the condo’s members and other interested parties with valuable information and assurance that statements are fairly presented. We provide our clients with an objective presentation of their financial information and can identify control weaknesses that increase the risk of fraud.


At the request of the board, an experienced auditor will present the financial statements at the condo’s Annual General Meeting and answer any questions related to the audit, or the financial statements the members may have.

We welcome any request for quotations or proposals. Please provide the most recent financial statements along with the previous year’s adjusting journal entries and trial balance along with your submission.
