Summary of Services

Our firm provides a full spectrum of assurance and accounting services to meet client needs (audit, review, special assurance engagements, compilation, bookkeeping).

Our approach emphasizes an in-depth knowledge of each client's business. This insight enables us to focus on the important issues and also gives us a better perspective to provide income tax and general advisory services.

A well-conducted audit can provide business owners and other interested parties with valuable information and assurance that statements are fairly presented. We provide our clients with an objective presentation of their financial information as well as advice and observations.

Review engagement

A review consists primarily of enquiry, analytical procedures, and discussion. This type of engagement is useful when a company does not require audited financial statements but management or third parties want some assurance that the financial statements are plausible.

Also called Notice to Reader reports, compilation reports are based on information provided by management. No expression of assurance is provided in a compilation engagement. The focus of this type of engagement is on organizing the information to facilitate informed business decisions.
