John obtained his CA designation in 1985 and his U.S. CPA designation in 2011.

He has specialized in the area of income taxation for more than twenty five years with an emphasis on personal and corporate tax compliance, corporate and estate tax planning, corporate restructuring, succession planning, cross border planning, acquisition and divestiture planning as well as U.S. personal, corporate and estate tax services.

He has a general practice consisting of a wide variety of businesses and not-for-profit clients. Over his years in public accounting he has assisted many clients with a full range of services from start-up to sale and everything in between.
